Testyra provides free browser-based cognitive testing tools and interactive experiences designed to challenge and measure various cognitive abilities. All tests are for personal use and self-improvement.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Services
• Impersonate anyone

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Testyra operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
